PnL Accountants & Advisors Ltd is a London chartered accountancy firm founded by Sharahnia Sukdeo BFP ACA. The firm provides personal, fixed-fee accounting for individuals and small businesses across the UK.
Why we exist
Most people don't dread tax because the maths is hard — they dread it because nobody explains what's actually happening to their money. DIY software will happily total a column of numbers, but it won't flag a missed relief, question a borderline expense, or tell you why this quarter's VAT bill looks different from last quarter's.
PnL Accountants & Advisors Ltd was set up to close that gap. For individuals, that means a personal touch and precision when filing a self assessment. For businesses, it means going further — assessing your overall financial health and delivering regular reports that are clear, digestible and genuinely actionable, not just a PDF you file away unread.

Why I Started PnL
I started PnL because I wanted to create an accountancy firm that puts people first.
Having worked in the profession for many years, I saw how easy it can be for clients to feel like just another number. I wanted to do things differently — providing straightforward advice, genuine personal support and an accountant who actually takes the time to understand your business.
PnL was built around a simple idea: your accountant should be someone you can rely on, not just someone who files your accounts.
Whether you're starting a new business, growing an established company or simply looking for a more personal approach to your accounts and tax, my aim is to make your finances easier to understand and give you the confidence to make better decisions.
